My favorite Amazon clothing finds: I own all of these!

Lots of you have been asking for links lately, so I thought I’d compile all my Amazon clothing favorites in one post. From sports bras to swimsuits to loungewear and workout clothes, it’s all here!

Watch the Facebook Live at the end of this post to watch me describe why one of the items here is my favorite to wear when I’m at my heaviest. (It’s about 15 minutes into the clip.)

Favorite Amazon clothing finds

Let’s be honest. At this point, my good friends know that when they see me in a new outfit, it’s from Amazon. It usually goes something like this: “Oh that’s so cute! Amazon?” “Yep!”

Seriously guys, if you aren’t shopping for your clothes on Amazon, you are missing out! Their stuff has come a long way. Usually, it’s so much more affordable than other stores, and you can read thousands of reviews before you buy. Oh, and it’s mostly all returnable. What’s not to love?

Even if you are curvy like me (and usually nothing in small, medium and large sizing fits you), trust me. Amazon has us covered. I can’t say enough about their clothing. In this post, I’m going to share all my favorite clothing items from Amazon.

And clearly, I’m not a fashion blogger so these are literally, like, my actual clothes.

If I don’t have it, in more than one color, it didn’t make this list.

This romper is the easiest way to look put together when you’re actually just wearing a cotton onesie. I mean, really. How cute and nautical is this jumpsuit? Sometimes I wear it as a cover-up on the boat, or I’ll dress it up with wedge sandals for a date night. It’s easy, comfortable, surprisingly flattering and there are tons of other colors and patterns. I love a romper for vacation because the first night, I’ll dress it up and wear it to dinner, and after that, it’s my pool cover-up and can get dirty and wrinkled if need be. It’s a great thing to pack for trips! (I have a few more rompers below so keep scrolling! Let’s be honest. I’m just obsessed with onesies I can wear out of the house.)

My mother-in-law got me these socks for my birthday one year, and I’ve been ordering them ever since. Seriously, I threw all my other workout socks away. Just buy them and thank me later. I don’t bother with expensive running shoes anymore. I just make sure I have these socks. They’re literally like running on clouds.

Speaking of working out, I’m obsessed with these workout shorts and have been buying them for the last 3 years. I own at least 4 of them, in both the short length and the longer short (I mean, I’m just trying to be Kim K. over here *wink*), and I love them. Literally, in Lulu and Fabletics, I feel like a stuffed sausage, but in these I feel like a sexy beast. I’ve tried so many other brands, and none of them keep me tucked in as well as these, without creating a tummy shelf above the waistband. (If you know, you know.) I am a strong believer in feeling that I look good when I’m working out, so workout clothes are an important investment for me. Plus, they are basically our “uniform” most days, so let’s feel good in them, right? I would not recommend the white ones though. They’re see-through and weren’t flattering on me.

So I bought this as a nightgown, but it’s so freaking cute I’ve never worn it to bed and instead wear it all over town! It’s long, cotton, forgiving and super comfy! I love wearing it to school pickup or with the kids to the park. It’s hard to tell in the picture, but this one is gray and white stripes. There are lots of other colors and patterns as well! Which reminds me, I need to order another one.

So forgive the super weird picture (I mean, I’m trying to think of the last time I wore heels with my leggings BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER), but these are my most favorite leggings ever. I know there are tons of leggings on Amazon and everyone has their favorite, but I love these because they are buttery soft and super comfortable. They are kind of thin and lightweight, so they aren’t the super thick, suck-you-in type of leggings if that’s what you’re looking for. But, I always feel super put together when I wear them. I have 2 pairs of them, both in black. They’re all I need!

If you thought I was done talking about rompers, you were wrong. This one might be my favorite. It’s actually a light denim material, and it goes with everything from flats for carline, to tennis shoes for the park, to a big necklace for a casual date night. I bought this one when I was at my heaviest and it always made me feel stylish without feeling like I was trying too hard. It does need to be ironed which can be a pain, but I got past that because I love it so much (and if you know me, that says a lot *LOL*). I do like that it’s a heavier type of fabric (basically like a lightweight denim) so it feels a little more dressed up than just a stretchy cotton. It comes in lots of colors, including 3 different shades of denim. The one I have is the lightest shade.

You know when you find a swimsuit that works for your body and you order it in every color? Yep, that’s this one for me. I still don’t understand why a skimpy suit sits best on me, since I’m so curvy, but I swear this cut on my shape is the more flattering than fuller coverage. Like I said, I don’t get it, but there it is. Anyway, I love this suit! I have it in foam green, neon orange, black and smoldering navy. Usually when I order Amazon suits, I order like 10, try them all on, and return whatever I don’t love. Trust me, you’ll have way more success with this strategy than going to the Target dressing room!

Speaking of swimsuits, I ordered this set for our whole family like 3 years ago before a family vacation, and my daughter and I still wear ours regularly! I love the ladies’ fit because I can also just wear it as a top with jean shorts. Because of the cut and the ruffles at the top, it’s super comfortable and forgiving, especially in the bust area. Seriously, we get compliments every time we wear these!

This is going to sound weird, but probably the most popular question I get is what sports bra I wear. Here you go! I love the Brooks brand. It holds me in, really firmly, but doesn’t cut into my skin. They have lots of size variations for us busty ladies, and they even come in cup sizes. I’ve tried tons of other brands, but this is what works for my huge chest. Kidding but not.

Like I said earlier, I need to work out in clothes I actually feel cute in. With my body type, I love to wear these workout tops tucked into the front of the tight workout shorts I posted above. I have 3 of these sets of these tops, and they are my go-to. They’re made of soft, breathable cotton, they’re nice and loose so I can move comfortably and they cover my tummy. They are also inexpensive, so when they get stained from kid food and the like, I don’t feel guilty buying a new set. They’re high in front at the neck, but lower around the armpit and they show a lot of the back so I feel cute and workout-ready without feeling too exposed.

Speaking of bras, let’s just get to my most favorite everyday bra. When you have big boobs, it’s easy for the heavy top half to make your whole frame look larger. I used to hate being busty because of this! Turns out, at least for me, it’s all about having the right push-up bra that pushes the boobs to the center of my body so they don’t widen my silhouette. Does that make sense? It’s taken me 39 years to figure this out and I’m sharing it here for free *LOL*. Remember the Wonderbra? Yeah, the one Julia Roberts wore in Erin Brockovich and everyone went crazy? Well they still make it, and yes, it’s on Amazon. It’s the only bra I wear, and I swear, I lose 10 pounds when I put this baby on. I have the strapless version too.

Okay this is getting long, so I’m going to wrap it up with this one because I can’t end this post without mentioning it. A black cotton romper. You need one, I need one, we all need one. Let me explain to you how many ways I wear this. To the beach as a cover-up. To school pickup with tennis shoes. To church with cute flats and earrings. To anything where you want to be comfortable but look stylish. And seriously, always pack a romper on your spring and summer trips!

Happy shopping!
